The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme provides healthy meals, enriching activities, and childcare for children from low-income families – helping to improve their health, wellbeing, and learning.
At The Free From Food Co, we’re proud to be an approved HAF meal provider for West Sussex County Council and Brighton & Hove City Council, delivering fresh, allergen-free meals that every child can enjoy safely.
Our Role in the HAF Programme
We’ve been serving HAF lunches for over four years, working with trusted organisations including Premier Education, BHFC Foundation, Active8Minds, and Football Fun Factory.
Our mission is simple: to make sure every child can sit down and enjoy a meal together, regardless of allergies or dietary restrictions – giving parents and providers total peace of mind.

How It Works
Booking with us is simple:
Get in Touch: Tell us your club name, dates, and estimated numbers.
Confirm Numbers: Finalise attendance before the deadline.
We Deliver: Meals are freshly prepared and delivered to your venue.
Delivery Details:
We deliver directly to your HAF club location, with options for hot or cold service. Meals are ready to serve, allergen-safe, and designed for smooth on-site handling.
(Numbers can be increased up to 9am on the day of service but cannot be reduced, as all food is freshly prepared and ordered in advance.)
